Before Halloween we took a trip to the Underwood Farms pumpkin patch to show Cade where mommy and daddy got engaged. So much fun to be where our family began! Grammie made the trip with us, and it was hysterical watching the three of us clapping and making noise at Cade so he would smile for the camera and stop playing with his costume. Cade was a scary lion with a huge roar and all! He started doing this roar a couple weeks before Halloween (after we had his costume) and would make the noise any time we asked him too. So the costume was just perfect!
Eric had an amazing costume of his own too! He had a Halloween costume contest at work and I jokingly told him he should be an iPad. Well, to my surprise he took the idea and ran with it. It was some good bonding time (and very late evenings) working with his dad to create an amazing costume that lit up and everything. It will definitely be talked about for years to come! 
Now that's my kind of ipad. The great idea turned into a great finished product! Eric, maybe next year you can come out as the next model and sell yourself for a bit cheaper and be of better quality. I'll consider purchasing you then. Andrew
